It was a surprise tour for me to The Ashram of Sri Sri Thakur Anukul Chandra. The Ashram (asylum) is very close to Pabna Mental Hospital. Only 4/5 minutes walkway. I heard that, Anukul Chandra gave away the land to Mental Hospital. Don’t know it was true or not. I didn’t find any reasonable person who may be able to verify that.
Sri Sri Thakur Anukul Chandra (Satyanusaran) was born on 14 September 1888 in Hemayetpur village in the Pabna district of East Bengal (now Bangladesh). His father was Shib Chandra Chakravarty (Shandilya Gotra Kanyakubja Brahmin) and his mother was Manmohini Devi. Anukul Chandra died on January 27, 1969 in Deoghar, India. Source: Wikipedia
I had a chance to talk with a very old Ashram member. Though Wikipedia says, he died in India. that old man informed me that, They didn’t find his body & even don’t know whether ather he died or any further information about Thakur Anukul Chandra.
Quotation of Anukul Chandra:
“Do never die, nor cause death; but resist death to death.”
“You are for the lord not for others; you are for the lord and so for others.“
I had a lot more footage of almost every possible remarkable area, place & room of that Ashram. But somehow, My Memory Card got crashed. There was no data when I plug that in to my PC. Then I’m forced to try a bunch of Data Recovery Software & this video is up on recovered footage & kind of incomplete for me.
I wish to this place & make another complete documentary of that place.
